GroundUp Glam has partnered with Rose Hill State Historic Site in Union, SC to offer the Sow Glam Squad™, GroundUp Glam's supporters, an opportunity to join us on a hike through the site’s beautiful trails and discuss the history of the site. The hike will be followed by a calming, restorative yoga session (great for beginners) led by Anisha Blanding, owner of Life Transitions Coaching & Wellness, so bring your yoga mat.
